Who we are

The Healing Village on the Land of the Dancing Deer

is on traditional Indigenous land and features a healing centre and wellness resort on over 50 acres of land at Six Nations, Ohsweken (Southern Ontario), Canada. Founded by Gail Whitlow and Sisters of the Dancing Deer. We are governed by an Executive Board of Directors and have advisors with vast experience. This is a space where people will be able to visit, live during transitional times and improve their health and well-being through indigenous traditional medicines and non-traditional and alternative healing methods.

The Building Process

We are currently in the process of raising funds to build this Healing Village within the community.  Our traditional wellness centre is being built as part of a green neighborhood model and will be created using shipping containers; green imitative and solar in remaining in alignment with the natural land it is being built on.
